Two-sheet ice arena proposed for east Watertown would mean junior hockey team, Holien says

"In front of an engaged crowd, council member and Ice Arena Committee Chairman Ried Holien unveiled a proposed $14 million arena that would replace the one-sheet Maas Arena. The arena would be north of Hobby Lobby and Willow Creek Drive in east Watertown in the Lakes of Willow Creek development plat."

First PREMIER identified as $1 million donor to ice arena project

"City Councilman Ried Holien announced earlier this month that an anonymous donation had significantly moved the project forward. That donor was recently revealed as the PREMIER organization."
